To my sister and all the family
Charles was very special and that is probably an understatement because sometimes words can not describe a person. He was a loving and devoted husband, a loving and teacher to two beautiful children and a fun loving grandpa to his grandchildren. He lived a simple life, accomplishing so many things. He was very soft spoken and in his smile you could feel such a wonderful spirit. He made you feel welcomed wherever he was and wherever you met him. May his spirit continue to shine through Gladys, Shelley, Gerry and all who knew and were touched by him. He was a wonderful brother in law and I will miss him so much.
