Obituary for Jill Nickole Warner

Jill Nickole Warner, 49
1967 - 2016

Jill Nickole Warner, longtime Grays Harbor resident, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2016, from complications related to alcoholism. Jill was born in Wichita, Kansas on February 3rd, 1967. Having spent much of her life in Cosmopolis, she also lived in Pensacola, FL, Hood River, OR, Cheney and Kelso, WA, and Banning, CA. Jill earned her GED in 1987 at Grays Harbor College after attending school in Cosmopolis. She worked as a caregiver and chiropractic assistant, a waitress at the Hong Kong restaurant in Cosmopolis, and at The Olympian newspaper.

Jill married Jeff Streeter in 2005, later divorcing.

In 1971 Jill became part of a special blended family when her Mom married Don LaRocque who became her beloved Dad. Jill is survived by her parents, Don and Diane LaRocque, and Frank Warner, Uncles: Ron Fleming, Roger Fleming (Marilyn), Aunt: MaryLou Trautmann, and numerous cousins. Jill left behind 1 brother, Don LaRocque Jr. (Lauri), 5 sisters, Terri LaRocque Brophy (Dave), Lisa Warner Bond (Michael), Tracy LaRocque Miller (Steve), Kristina LaRocque Dixon (Mark), and Krista Bowling. She loved her nieces and nephews as her own: Jeff, Erin, D.J., Colby, Kasey, Sydney, Morgan, Ethan, Maycie, and Kyler. She is also survived by her much loved Gramma Lettie LaRocque.

Jill valued her family and friends so very much. Among her possessions were mementos of her childhood, her family, and her friends. Jill’s infectious laughter and her generous spirit will be remembered by all who loved her, and whose lives she touched in so many ways throughout her life.
We are comforted to release Jill into the arms of her Heavenly Father, so that she can be reunited with her loving grandparents and many friends. She now has her own special place, where she will feel safe and loved forever.

Services for Jill will be held Saturday August 20th at 2:00 p.m. at Harrison Family Mortuary on Market Street in Aberdeen, WA. Donations can be made to the Domestic Violence Center, Salvation Army, or any organization supporting services for mental health awareness in Grays Harbor County.
