Obituary for Joe Richard Admyers

Joe Richard Admyers Sr. of Hoquiam, Washington passed away peacefully Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Grays Harbor Community Hospital. He was 74. Joe was born September 6, 1940 to Glen and Dorthea Admyers in Caldwell, Idaho and raised in Roswall, Idaho.
In July of 1971 Joe married the love of his life Joyce (Crowe) Admyers in Lewiston, Idaho. They moved to Grays Harbor in 2013.
Joe worked as an Idaho State Police officer for twelve years and also for Boeing Co. as a Security Captain. Joe was involved in security gun safety as well as being a union officer. Joe loved fishing, hunting and gun repair.
Joe is survived by his loving wife Joyce Admyers at the family home in Hoquiam, two daughters; Shelly Renee Ponozzo of Lewiston, Idaho, Teresa Anne Gomez of Hoquiam, three sons; Joe Admyers Jr. of Gig Harbor, Paul Daniel Admyers of Hoquiam and David Scott Admyers of Seattle, six grandchildren, four brothers; Jack Hvett of Roswell, Idaho, Ron Hvett of Pilalerock Oregon, Dale Hvett of College Place, Washington and Dennis Hvett Parma Idaho, one sister; Linda Martin of College Place. Joe was preceded in death by a son; Jeffery Dwane Admyers.
