Obituary for Ann H Babcock (Harris)
Ann H. Babcock passed away peacefully at her home out in North River on Monday, August 5, 2019. Ann was born June 27, 1950 in Westfield, Massachusetts to Frederick and Grace (Bagley) Harris.
Ann was raised in West Springfield, Mass. and had also lived in Hartford, Conn. and Lakewood, Wash. before settling in Vesta with her husband Rick.
On September 10, 1981 Ann married the love of her life Richard Babcock II in Hartford, Conn. He survives her at the family home.
Ann had earned her Master’s degree in Elementary Special Education. She was a member of the North River Grange and enjoyed crocheting, reading and quilting.
In addition to her loving husband Richard, she is also survived by her son Timothy Babcock; her daughter Shannon Jacobson and 5 grandchildren.
