Condolences
I am reminded of some of the many students from Aberdeen HS she sent my way, upon their graduation from HS. Her trust of me is something I will cherish forever. I can only reciprocate by saying that she instilled a sense of musicianship, humanity, and decency among her many students. Somehow, I can't help but think that they are simply a mirror reflection of who SHE was.
Pat, I will miss your smile, your enthusiasm, and your love of all things music and kids. Rest well, friend. You have earned this.
