Obituary for Pauline Glerum

Pauline Davis-Glerum, 92, passed away on November 18, 2018 in Elma, WA . Pauline was born on November 6, 1926 to Pearl and William Rich in Natural Dam, Arkansas, and was the oldest of 4 children.



Pauline moved to Morton, Washington from Arkansas when she was 15. She has resided in Elma/Montesano area of WA for the past 69 years. Pauline was a member of the American Legion and VFW auxiliary for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to the casino, watching the Seattle Mariners, raising cows with her husband, crocheting afghans and spending time with her family.

Pauline is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Lee Glerum; along with four children; Jim Davis, Linda Arnold, Mark Davis and Rock Davis. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren and many other loving relatives. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, her first husband; Manford Davis, her daughter; Esther Kelly, her son; Kerry Davis, and her great grandson; Michael Kelly.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Wynoochee Cemetery in Montesano, WA. Following the service, family and friends are invited to gather at 12:00 noon for a potluck at the Glerum residence at 77 Mountain View Lane in Elma to share stories and celebrate Pauline’s amazing life.
