Obituary for Deanne Carol Hensley
Deanne Carol Hensley was unexpectedly taken from all who loved her on the rainy morning of April 10th, 2018. At 54 years old, Deanne was a bright light to all who had the pleasure of knowing her or meeting her; her family never expected to lose her due to possible complications relating to the flu virus.
When people asked her husband if Deanne had a nick name, exasperated by the experience and complexity of acceptance of this tragedy, he quickly replied, “Superwoman”. Deanne found a way to manage her busy office, run errands for those in need,(she was always going grocery shopping for ladies she loved), and take great care of her husband and family; she kept up a busy home that was always decked out for the holidays. She loved family gatherings and having all of her loved ones together in her home. Few people have the talent, patience, or desire to cook at Christmas then bake Christmas cookies the way Deanne did; it was truly amazing to behold. Deanne was a perfectionist in every activity and extremely diligent when she was determined. Deanne did not have children; she had dogs instead! Deanne loved her dogs immensely. Many of Deanne’s family have commented on memories involving Deanne and her love of her pets. Deanne was a devoted wife, sister, daughter, and aunt. Deanne was the smiling face and the ear of genuine concern and care for patients; she and her husband Brad have served the community for over 20 years as health care providers.
Through the shock of this ordeal of losing Deanne, her husband and family have been met with so many loving thoughts from friends, neighbors, patients, and close friends. Deanne had a small, private family gathering, but did not want services. All of the condolences and kind thoughts are so appreciated in this difficult time. Thank you to all of Deanne’s friends again for your kindness.
