Condolences

Condolence From: Don Norkoski
Condolence: I'm sorry, dear Vicki and family, to hear of Phil's passing. He was always someone I could rely on, whether to help with a dinner or to give his valued opinion on club business. He will be missed but the precious memories will live on. Praying for your comfort and encouragement.

Condolence From: Bob Rise
Condolence: I was a childhood friend of Phils. We graduated from Raymond High School and Grays Harbor College together. Phil had purchased a ‘40 Ford when we were growing up and I assisted him in some repair items. I could tell this was his love to work on cars. Phil went in the Army and I went in the Air Force and then we both went ou separate ways, but we’d see each periodically in Raymond or at a car show.
I’ll miss Phil and may he Rest In Peace. We give are condolences to Vicki and their families.

Condolence From: Vicki (Cowan) Montoure
Condolence: I am so sorry to read of Phil's passing. I always enjoyed him so much at the car club meetings and working together with him at the Rod Run. I loved how he would also tell it like it was. He was truly special. He always said I was the pretty twin and it made me laugh. I am truly sorry, Vicki
