Andrew Reed  Putnam
Andrew Reed Putnam of Aberdeen passed away at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma on Saturday, April 15, 2017 with his family at his bedside. He was 65. Andrew was born May 5, 1951 in San Francisco, Calif. to Glenn and Janice (Reed) Putnam.
Andrew was raised in Torrance, Calif. and attended West High School; during his senior year he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. and served in the Vietnam War.
Andrew had lived in Yuba City, Calif. before moving to Grays Harbor in 2006. He was a member of the Aberdeen Elks, sang karaoke and loved riding his Harley Davidson.
On September 22, 2016 Andrew married Brenda Lee Wallace. She survives him at the family home.
In addition to Brenda he is also survived by his three daughters, Kimberly Shimauchi of Azusa, Calif. and Taran Powell and Kaylyn Putnam both of Yuba City, Calif.; his sister Gail Putnam of Chico, Calif.; seven grandchildren Patricia Santana, Matthew Williams, Isabella Shimauchi, Riley Powell, Jaxson Powell, Brody Allen and Hunter Allen; and also Andrew’s brother and sister at heart Dan and Ruth Marie Davis.
