Lois Lillian (Culver) Carter went to be with Jesus Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Montesano Health and Rehab Center. She was born February 5, 1918 in Montesano, WA to Rollie and Margaret (Fry) Culver.

She married Virgil J. Carter at Montesano Church of God on March 21, 1934. They celebrated 67 years of marriage. They had 5 children: James Carter (Kona, HI), Patricia Kent (Pe Ell, WA), Geraldine Ashe (Elma, WA), Donald Carter (Portland, OR), and Marjorie Turner (Port Orchard, WA).

Lois is survived by all her children and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She is predeceased by all her siblings, her husband and granddaughter Cindy.

She loved The Lord with all her heart and lite, and taught her children the same. She will be missed.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Wynooche Cemetery in Montesano, WA.
