Condolence: Although I didn't know Karen, I am very sorry for the loss her family has experienced. Please take a few minutes to read Rev 21:3 &4 which gives us a wonderful hope for the future. In the future God will wipe out every tear, and death will be no more. Since we know there is no death in heaven, this has to be a promise for the earth.
I hope this thought will give you some comfort in your time of grief.
